โฆ Synopsis
Problems that arise when constructing and analysing dynamical models of linear discrete-continuous systems, which are represented as matrices of quasi-rational fractions, that is to say, quotients of quasi-polynomials, are investigated. Theorems on the roots of the characteristic quasi-polynomial and the stability of the dynamical models are formulated. As an example, the dynamical modelling of an elastic link of a manipulator is considered.
