Fluoresccncc cvcitation spectra and single vlhronic lcvcl fluorescence of I* M&T have been cxcitcd with rl cw dye laser. All the %I vihronic components of the 100 and 020 levels of the ground state have been detected. 1~erm1 resonance C~USCS substantial perturbations to the doublet splittings as well as to the vibromc energies. The I'crmi resonance paramctcrs are discussed in r&lion to the anharmonicity of the force ticId of 1%02.
