When he and Katherine uncover a secret her family has been hiding, Clark wonders what his role is in the disappearance of the shelter’s teenage boys. Could he be hired killer? The gun, the cash and learning about meeting one of the boys just days before the kid’s disappearance make him look guilty of murder.

Katherine hates how Clark makes her doubt her family and loyalty, and she particularly dislikes how she can’t keep her hands off him and how he’s blown up her well-orchestrated life. But at the same time, there’s a part of her that knows Clark is telling her the truth even after all the lies he’s told her previously, and there is some sick tie between her family and the missing boys.
