We report a rare case of duplication of the bladder, urethra, uterus, vagina, and associated anomalies in a woman. As an infant, she initially underwent successful surgical reconstruction. As an adult, she developed adenocarcinoma within the defunctionalized bladder moiety. The surgical management a
