Abstract
An immobilized chiral stationary phase, ChirasilβDex, coated onto the inner surface of a 50 ΞΌm i.d. capillary and cyclodextrin derivatives added to the running buffer were simultaneously used for the study of enantiomer separations by capillary electrophoresis. Dependent on the cyclodextrin concentration in the mobile phase, a reversal of the elution order of enantiomers due to dual chiral recognition mechanisms was observed.
