Structure of This Document:
This document provides guidance for each section of the Regulations. The text of each Regulation appears in bold and the guidance immediately follows.
There are a number of terms that are defined in the Regulations or in the Acts that are critical to a full understanding of the goals and objectives of the Regulations. These terms have been italicized within the text of the Regulation and a hyperlink has been provided to the definition. The definitions (which are Section 1 of the Regulations) are provided in the Appendix at the end of the document. This Appendix contains definitions for:
- terms referenced in the Regulations and defined in the Acts; and
- terms that are listed in section 1 of the Regulations, under Definitions
