First day out of hospital and what does a poor Necro find? That he has to go and kill again. This time he's got an unexpected companion.

The neighbors aren't who they seem, the witch bitch mother-in-law has decided to move in for a while, and Soph's dog keeps vanishing. He even found him inside the fridge!

But that's just the fun stuff.

The UK's weather takes a turn for the unexpected. Winter snow threatens to stop the death march in its tracks. But the battle is on, and there is no escape. With a dragon lusting after blood, and growing larger and more unruly by the day, and uppity unicorns putting a downer on everything, the real struggle our weary Necro faces is just staying sane.

Soph refuses to give in even when the odds are utterly stacked against him. When it comes to family, he'll ditch his few remaining morals if it means he can return home. When he does, he discovers the fight is far from over.

At least he can make snowballs.
