Londres, 1912. Après avoir tué Dracula, les héros du célèbre roman de Bram Stoker se sont dispersés. Grâce à l'aide d'un mystérieux bienfaiteur, l'un d'entre eux, le Dr Seward, part à la chasse aux vampires dans toute l'Europe. De son côté, Quincey, le fils des fameux Jonathan et Mina Harker, s'investit au théâtre dans la production de Dracula, une pièce inspirée du roman et qui contient des informations inquiétantes. Inévitablement, Quincey découvre des similitudes troublantes entre l'histoire de la pièce et celle de ses parents.
