## Abstract Human adiposeโderived stem cells (hADSC) are capable of differentiating into an osteogenic lineage. It is believed that microRNAs (miRNAs) play important roles in regulating this osteogenic differentiation of human adiposeโderived cells, although its molecular mechanism remains unclear.

## Abstract Bone marrowโderived mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are multipotent, selfโrenewing, mesodermalโorigin stem cells that are sequestered in the endosteal compartment. MSC are maintained in a relative state of quiescence in vivo but in response to a variety of physiological and pathological st
