✦ Synopsis

This latest installment sees Harbor Police Detectives Park and Walker step in separate directions for a change. Park drives up to LA to embark on a deadly voyage, working with the FBI to catch a serial killer on a cruise ship. He and his fellow investigators find themselves embroiled in an Agatha-Christie-style murder mystery that gives new meaning to the term "rough seas."
