Dear Sir, We read with interest the paper "Dosimetry of swallowed non-absorbed 99mTc-radiopharmaceuticals in pediatric patients" by Wynchank, Mann and Gonin, Eur J Nucl Med (1990) 16:337-343. Dose estimates for radiopharmaceuticals administered to children are needed by the nuclear medicine community; however, we wish to address some problems we have with the paper.
