## Abstract In this paper we report the effect of Pr~6~O~11~ doping on the structural and superconducting properties of MgB~2~. The bulk samples of Pr~6~O~11~โ€doped MgB~2~ have been prepared with nominal compositions Mg~1โˆ’__x__~(Pr~6~O~11~)~__x__/6~B~2~ (where __x__โ€‰=โ€‰0.0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, a
