In Brief • Larox Corp and Nordea Bank Finland Plc have entered into a market making agreement, which fulfils the requirements of the Helsinki Stock Exchange's Liquidity Providing operation. The agreement is designed to increase the Larox share's liquidity, decrease share price volatility and facilitate private investor trading. Larox had a market making agreement with Kaupthing Bank Oyj, but due to Iceland's recent financial difficulties, the bank has stopped its market making services. www.larox.com • Met-Pro Corp's board of directors has authorized a new 300 000 share stock repurchase program. Common stock purchases under this new program will be made from time to time in open market transactions. www.met-pro.com • Canada's Biorem Inc has completed a C$3 million debenture financing with Wellington Financial LP.
