## Abstract Triphalangeal thumb is an autosomal dominantly inherited form of abnormal preaxial skeletal development. In most families, however, the triphalangeal thumb phenotype coexists with a spectrum of limb deformities, including polydactyly and syndactyly. We describe two Iowa kindreds with tr
