✦ Synopsis

Calico Stephens loves her family and would do anything for them, even going so far as to protect their very special coven of witches but there are times when feisty, colorful Lettie goes out of her way to cause trouble. All Calico wants, are things to go back to normal in her hometown of Oak Hollow and business to continue in the Pet Supply store, Pawsitively Perfect that she runs with her best friend and coven member Boots Monroe, and to spend time with her hunky boyfriend, Sheriff Alex Briggs.
Things take a strange turn in their little corner of the world when there is a murder at the local Animal Shelter and dogs begin missing left and right. On top of investigating the murder and the missing dogs, Sheriff Briggs and his new deputy are having to deal with an arsonist, who is setting fires to small buildings around town. As he is working on that, Calico has her own hands full with Boots' strange behavior and her attraction to the new deputy in town.
