## Abstract A biocdtalytic scheme, based on the enzyme tyrosinase, has been developed for the determination of the antioxidant __tert__‐butylhydroxyanisole (BHA) in food samples. Reversed micelles formed with ethyl acetate as organic solvent, dioctyl sulfosuccinate (AOT) as emulsifying agent, and p
