✦ Synopsis

Darina Lisle is delighted when she's asked to take part in a television food series, Table for Four. Among her costars is a charismatic Australian wine merchant, Bruce Bennett. Despite his brash manner, Darina is quickly charmed by him. So, it seems, are most of the other women who know him. The show is an instant hit with the public, and ratings quickly begin to climb. Then death strikes on camera, killing Bruce Bennett, and the series is thrown back into turmoil. The autopsy reveals nothing unusual, but a second death stirs up doubts. Darina becomes convinced that an ingenious and ruthless killer is at work. Will she solve the case before becoming a victim herself?
