The stability constants have been measured in 0.10 M (NaC104) ionic strength solution at 25 "C for the reaction: MXtL=MXL where M = Gd3+, UOZ2\* and Th4', X = nitrilotriacetate and L = malonate, succinate, gluturate and adipate. These stability constants, for a particular L, follow the order: For t
