✦ Synopsis
We have determined the dissociative recombination coeffkients for vibrationally excited H:, o(H:( I@ 3)), and for vibrational ground-state H:, a(Hc(u=O)). Thus, cu(H:(v> 3)) is ~1.3~10-~cm~s-'andcu(H~(u=0))is(1-2)~10-*cm~s-~ at 300 K. These findings are in general accordance with theoretical expectations and, as such, resolve a serious controversy. Both these LY increase only slowly with decreasing temperature. The relevance of these new data to interstellar chemistry is alluded to.

In this paper, the band structure of cubic and tetragonal phases of CsSnBr 3 has been investigated by temperature-dependent UPS and XPS in conjunction with ab initio calculations. The calculated results show that when CsSnBr 3 changes from a cubic phase to a tetragonal phase, the conduction and vale
## Abstract Ethane dissociation and the reverse recombination reactions were investigated based on CASPT2 and CASSCF calculations. The CASPT2 (partial) geometry optimization calculations and the CASSCF frequency calculations provided geometrical parameters, potential energies, and vibrational frequ
