Naturally occurring glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) and other, semisynthetic, sulphated polysaccharides are thought to play an important role in urolithiasis. Processes involved in urinary stone formation are crystallization and crystal retention. Oxalate transport and renal tubular cell injury are determ
