The thermal conductivities ฮบ(T ) of Ag-doped YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7 sintered materials were measured for various Ag fractions up to f Ag = 0.67. By analyzing the ฮบ(T ) data based on a proposed phenomenological model, the purity of doped Ag in YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7 could be determined.
