## Abstract Semiovals which are contained in the union of three concurrent lines are studied. The notion of a __strong semioval__ is introduced, and a complete classification of these objects in PG(2,__p__) and PG(2,__p__^2^), __p__ an odd prime, is given. Β© 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Combin De
