Abstract

Anterograde and retrograde transport was studied following injections of ^3^H‐proline and/or horseradish peroxidase into hippocampal and neocortical areas of the common marmoset monkey. Reciprocal connections between the frontal and temporal neocortex and the subiculum are prominent; sparse connections exist also with fields CA1 and CA2/3 of Ammon's horn. Entorhinal cortex, parasubiculum and presubiculum are reciprocally connected with frontal and temporal neocortex.
