High‐yield methods for the preparation of (PMe~3~)~3~RhCl (2) and [(R~3~P)~2~RhCl]~2~ [R = Me (3a); __i__Pr (3b), and cyclohexyl (3c)] are described. The dimeric nature of 3b in the solid state has been established by an X‐ray analysis.
