We present results for the fluctuation-induced paraconductivity in YBa2Cu3Os.9 observed in the range Tc<T4130K. For the conductivity along the a-direction, we find that the deviation from the perfectly linear behaviour of p(T) (above 130K) cannot be described by the standard models [Aslamasov-Larkin

β¦ Synopsis
The phase diagram describing the ordering of oxygen atoms within the basal planes O f YBa2Cu306+x is calculated using the Modified Cluster Field Method. Local arrangement of oxygens is analyzed and it is shown that, at all finite temperatures, the dominant pattern is "diluted chain", with alternating segments of occupied and empty oxygen sites. Average lengths of both occupied and empty segments are precisely quantified and presented as functions of temperature and oxygen content.
