โœฆ Synopsis

East-Central European countries undergo dramatic political, economic and social changes. These changes must, sooner or later, influence national regional policies of these countries. Today deep economic recession impedes rational choices of regional policies. However, there is a strong need to prepare answers for the question about the principles of regional policies in the process of transition. This is because decisions are being made and measures we are now using would create the base for the future socio-economic devolopment on national scale.
