On &end le resultat it la diffusion par un metal peu deform& Ceci peut expliquer les resultats experimentaux de Franks obtenus sur un metal fatigue. L'anisotropie tres pronon& de la diffusion permet d'interpreter les r&ultats disperses ou contradictoires obtenus lorsqu'on se limite a l'etude de l'intensite moyenne diffusee par un metal Bcroui. X-RAY LOW ANGLE SCATTERING FROM DISLOCATIONS The shape in the reciprocal lattice of the anomalous scattering streak due to a dislocation loop has been investigated. This result is extended to the scattering by a metal which is slightly deformed. This can explain the experimental results obtained by Frank on a metal subjected to fatigue. The important anisotropy of the scattering gives the possibility to explain the contradictory results obtained when one only studies the average intensity scattered by a cold worked metal. KLEINWINKELSTREUUNG VON RONTGENSTRAHLEN DURCH VERSETZUNGEN In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird der Intensit&tsverlauf im reziproken Gitter analysiert, der von der Streuung an ainer Versetzungsschleife herriihrt. Das Ergebnis wird auf die Streuung an einem schwach verformten Metal1 ausgedehnt. Auf diese Weise kann man die van Franks bei Ermiidungsversuchen erhaltene experimentelle Resultatie erkliiren. Die sehr ausgepragte Anisotropie der Streuung gestattet es, die verschiedenartigen und widersprechenden Ergebnisse zu interpretieren, die man erhalt, wenn man sich auf das Studium der mittleren Streuintensitllt eines kaltverformten Metalls beschriinkt.
