Vascular tumors of the large bowel can be divided into malignant and benign lesions. The benign lesions can be divided into capillary and cavernous hemangiomas. Large-bowel hemangiomas are rare lesions, with the majority of cases reported in the rectum and rectosigmoid regions. Few cases of isolated
