โฆ Synopsis
Atmtract~We give sharp error estimates for both function and derivative when the coefficients and right hand side of a given initial or boundary value problem for ordinary differential equations are replaced by local appro3dmations. These estimates are given for partition points and also contlnuously on subintervals. Numerical examples demonstrate the accuracy of our estimates.

Piecewise-linearized methods for the solution of two-point boundary value problems in ordinary differential equations are presented. These problems are approximated by piecewise linear ones which have analytical solutions and reduced to finding the slope of the solution at the left boundary so that
