## Abstract A new lead‐free perovskite ceramic Ba(Bi~1/2~Nb~1/2~)O~3~ was prepared by a conventional ceramic technique at 1185 Β°C in oxygen atmosphere. X‐ray diffraction analysis of the compound indicated the formation of a single‐phase monoclinic structure. Dielectric study revealed a diffuse phas

Pb(Sc~ ~Tal \_,)O~ ceramics have been characterized by dielectric measurements in a wide range of frequencies (10 2-10'; Hz). A strong dispersion occurs with two low and high frequency contributions below the transition temperature. Only high frequency relaxation is still observed at high temperatur
