✦ Synopsis

Dielectric dispersion in the frequency range of 5 Hz to 13 MHz was systematically investigated over the temperature range from T c ¼ 49 C to --180 C in a cooling process. It was found that there are actually three relaxations, which is different from previous results reporting on two relaxations at temperatures above 20 C. Three characteristic frequencies appear in the ranges of 200 kHz to 1.5 MHz, 5 to about 10 kHz, and 5 to 100 Hz, respectively, in the temperature range above 0 C. The typical values are 355 kHz, 11.2 kHz, and 70 Hz, at 46 C, respectively.
