The crystalline structure and dielectric properties of Ba x Sr 1-x TiO 3 ceramics with x = 0.45, 0.5, 0.6, 0.65, 0.8, 0.9 were investigated. The a-and c-axis lattice constants of Ba x Sr 1-x TiO 3 ceramics were calculated and it is found that the crystal structures are tetragonal phase when x β₯ 0.65
a b s t r a c t (1 -x) BiFeO 3 -xLa 1/3 Sr 2/3 MnO 3 hybrid composite ceramics (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) are prepared by a solid state sintering method. X-ray diffraction shows that the hybrid composite ceramics mainly consist of BiFeO 3 and La 1/3 Sr 2/3 MnO 3 and no middle phase products. The study
