## Abstract Pure barium strontium titanate (BST) and 10βmol% Mn(NO)~3~ doped BST were combined in a threeβdimensional structure, and the dielectric and pyroelectric properties of the ceramics were investigated. Compared with conventional doped ceramics, samples with the threeβdimensional structure
Temperature and frequency dependent dielectric permittivity of Ba 0.95 Ca 0.05 TiO 3 ceramic has been studied in the temperature range of 40-250 1C at the frequencies, 1, 10, 100 kHz and 1 MHz. Diffuse phase transition and frequency dispersion are observed in the permittivity vs. temperature plots.
