✦ Synopsis

The crystal structure of 1,2,3,4‐Tetrahydro‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxopyrimido[1,2‐a]benzimidazol‐4‐carboxylicacid‐methylester was investigated by an X‐ray analysis in order to determine unequivocally the positions of the substituents. The triclinic structure was solved by the multisolution method and refined to an R = 0.0302 with 1486 structure factors for 222 structural parameters.
