The title complex, [Co(C 3 H 3 O 4 ) 2 (H 2 O) 2 ], is isostructural with its iron, zinc and magnesium analogues. The molecule has inversion symmetry. The molecules are linked together via O-HÁ Á ÁO hydrogen bonds, leading to a three-dimensional network.
