We describe a patient with primary Sjogren's syndrome who developed myositis. The results of muscle pathologic analysis before and after treatment with monthly pulses of cyclophosphamide (intravenously), are presented. Late-onset myositis has been described in patients with Sjogren's syndrome (SS)
