## Abstract The reaction of Fe~2~(CO)~9~ with 1,2‐bis(dimethylsilyl)benzene, 1,2,4,5‐tetrakis(dimethylsilyl)benzene and vic‐tetrakis(dimethylsilyl)benzene affords bis(silyl)chelate complexes of iron.
