## Abstract Glucocorticoids induce several phenotypic changes in rat hepatoma cells in tissue culture, including the inhibition of plasminogen activator activity. Variant cell lines resistant to dexamethasone inhibtion of plasminogen activator activity have been isolated using an agar‐fibrin overla
