R-cc-Methylbenzyl isothiocyanate (R-AMBI), a commercially available chiral compound, was evaluated as a chiral derivatizing agent for the separation of enantiomeric amines by reversed-phase liquid chromatography. Ephedrine, propranolol, phenylglycine, phenylglycinol, phenylalanine methyl ester and 1
