Am Beispiel von Corynebacterium glutamicum, das zu Synthese von Lysin eingesetzt wird, wird gezeigt, wie solche vergleichende Untersuchungen durchgeführt werden können und zu neuen Vorschlägen für das Stammdesign führen [2].
