✦ Synopsis
The application of L-amino acid oxidase (L-ASOD) for monitoring of amino acids during the cultivation of the recombinant insect cell line, Spodopteru frugiperda, and the production of Pgalactosidase as well as the application of L-lactate monooxidase (L-LMO) for the monitoring of the lactate concentration during the cultivation of the adherent recombinant cell line, Baby Hamster Kidney (BHK) and production of Antithrombin III (AT III) are presented.
