✦ Synopsis

We report the convenient generation of chloromethylated polystyrene surfaces (Merrifield linker) 3 on SynPhase™ crowns. It was demonstrated that these novel surfaces can be successfully employed for peptide chemistry as well as Pd(0) mediated cross-couplings.
