β¦ Synopsis
ture provides a complete data set of reaction rates for the given reaction system. The overall reaction rate of NO x reduction can be described by a modified Langmuir-Hinshelwood reaction law. The kinetic parameters are fitted by a parameter estimation process. The resulting dominant role of oxygen in the reaction system can also be described.

Catalytic performance of perovskite-type (ABO3) and K2NiF4-type (A2BO4) oxides for the reduction of NOx by diesel soot particulate in the presence of excess oxygen, that is, the simultaneous removal of NOx and soot, has been investigated. Their catalytic activity, evaluated from the ignition tempera
