Trace amounts of selenium and tellurium in nickel-based heat-resisting superalloys and constituent metals were separated by a reductive coprecipitation technique with palladium using ascorbic acid, and determined by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry. Selenium and tellurium each added in
