## Abstract A method for the exact determination of the orientation of the molecules in a crystalline organic structure by Xβray analysis is described. The Eulerian angles are refined by a special rigid body least squares procedure. The theoretical background is given.

In this paper a numerical procedure for simulating two-uid ows is presented. This procedure is based on the Volume of Fluid (VOF) method proposed by Hirt and Nichols 1 and the Continuum Surface Force (CSF) model developed by Brackbill et al. 2 In the VOF method uids of di erent properties are identi
## Abstract It is shown that the intensity of a UV absorption band of lead ions in aqueous solution of NaCl is linear dependent on the concentration of lead. This can be developed to a simple determination method of lead in NaCl crystals even in the ppm region. Its application on melt grown NaCl:Pb
## Abstract ## Background: A flow cytometry count of reticulocytes (RET) provides information about distribution of signal emitted by reticulocyte RNA. A new method of determination of the RNA degradation rate in RET is provided. This technique allows one to determinate the age distribution of RET
