Voltammetric curves of the complex ion obtained under these conditions ie CCtiWW,O~~~HCOQl '+ show two electrode processes. The first one is responsible for electroreduction to chromium(II) when the other to metallic chromium. Kinetic data and cyclic voltammetry experiments confirm irreversibility o
