A sensitive enzymic method for the determination of acetaldehyde in human blood has been developed. The method may be operated in a semiautomated or fully automated mode and involves continuous-flow distillation of samples with fluorometry. Levels of acetaldehyde between 0.5 and 20 kmol/liter in blo

β¦ Synopsis
A simple and sensitive fluorometric method is described for the determination of butaperazine in plasma and red blood cells. This method is specific for butaperazine and reproducible over a wide range of drug levels in the blood. The sensitivity of the method is 8 rig/ml of blood, but could be increased for determining much lower levels.
