## Organophosphorus and carbamic pesticides have been determined with an amperometric acetylcholinesterasebased 4-aminophenyl acetate biosensor. The glassy carbon enzyme membrane covered electrode poised at + 250 mV (vs. sodium chloride saturated calomel electrode) oxidizes the 4-aminophenol forme
