## Abstract A sensitive micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) method was developed for the separation and determination of four closely related lantibiotics: gallidermin, cinnamycin, duramycin and nisin. Factors affecting the separation of the lantibiotics such as pH, phosphate buffer conce
