C a s e History. A 65-year-old woman underwent exercise single-photon emission computed tomographic sestamibi imaging because of recurrence of angina pectoffs 13 years after coronary artery bypass. Three years ago, she received an automatic implantable cardiac defibrillation device for life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias. The exercise was submaximal.
